This is not my favorite Johnny Cash song: I like his classics, but it is his last big video before he died. It is a cover song of a group called Nine Inch Nails, who are called an industrial rock group. (I have no idea what that means). Other than being a great video by Johnny I would say I can't think of any video that has fans from Country to Industrial rock. I know some utes that would never listen to country that got turned on to Johnny Cash. I can't think of a bigger crossover song. Just proves how great of an Entertainer Johnny was.

Hurt by the incomparable Johnny Cash, the man in black. Always an outlaw and innovator.

The first time Mark kissed me was in his Thunderbird.. in front of my house.. after school...

First time I looked at him as anything other than my best friend and "brother"...
and yep... Frankie V and the 4 Seasons were on the 8 tract..  Grin

Keith Whitley tears my heart out! I loved his music.
Dahum.... makes you want to set in a Honkey Tonk Saloon..grab some beer and cry in it..  Grin

This was the golden-maned master's last appearance on the TV program "Opry Live." He was introduced on the stage of the Opry that evening by Bill Anderson and gave a masterful rendition of his first #1, "Don't Close Your Eyes," and an emotionally-charged performance of "I Never Go Around Mirrors."

After Keith's death, Lorrie Morgon. ( his wife) did the voice over. The results are nice!

( Fred Osborn and I used to sing this song together)  Smiley

Since I'm not good at putting videos on this thing (I've just failed miserably), I'll just list my fav's:

Moody Blues:  In Your Wildest Dreams and I Know You're Out There Somewhere
Barry Manilow:  Somewhere Down the Road and Mandy
Dido:  White Flag
Carly Simon:  She's Got You and You're So Vain
Reba McEntire:  If I Had Only Known
Cher:  Believe
Huh:  Dream Weaver

There are so many that it's hard to choose...But these are some that get to me.
