Obama flew to Chicago on Air Force One to get a haircut so Secretary Gates is giving Vice-President Joe his daily briefing regarding the war.  He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" Vice-President Joe exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as Vice-President Joe sits, head in hands.

Finally, the Vice-President looks up and asks, "How many is a brazillion?"

This is cute--I remember the same type of joke going around with George W. Bush  as the main character when he was in office.

Joe's not that dumb, but he would laugh at the joke. We still see him around Delaware from time to time, but not as often any more.

Maybe you are right, but it looks as though he is well on his way to being the next Dan Quayle.
