My stepdaughter is undergoing treatment for IBC and one of the biggest problems we have had is the lack of communication between the surgeon, the chemo Dr, the radiation Dr. and the heart Dr.  It would be a lot easier for her if they would be more open with her also.

Right now she seems to be responding well but still a lot of treatment and healing to go.

Information, Education and Communication are so very important for dealing with this.
