Trying to find information on the following family names: Tyler,Huston,Hutton,Bunnell. They lived in
Liberty Township and some of them are supposed to be buried in Howard Co. Any information will be
appreciated. My family was there by 1865, probably before.

Phebe Huston likely died there abt 1874.
Joseph Hutton died there 2-24-1886. Another family member has his will.
Mary Huston Bunnell died there abt 1884.

Other names:
Joseph Tyler Lucy Hutton
Basil Tyler
Matilda Huston
William and Phebe Huston Lee
Nathaniel Bunnell
Gordon and Joseph Bunnell

In Phebe's appeal for a civil war pension, they said she in such a remote area there was not even a post office.

If you go to

http://genealogytrails.com/kan/elk/

and put "Tyler" into the search block, it will bring up several instances of Tylers in Elk County.
