We recommend the following minimum systems specifications for playback:

    Windows 2000 or XP

        * 768Kbps or higher broadband connection (test your bandwidth)
        * 1GHz or faster Intel Pentium III processor
        * 256MB of RAM
        * Minimum 1GB of free hard drive space
        * Flash Player 7 or higher (some players require Flash Player 9)
        * Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox 1.5 or higher

    Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later

        * 768Kbps or higher broadband connection (test your bandwidth)
        * 1GHz or faster G4, G5, or Intel Processor
        * 256MB of RAM
        * Minimum 1GB of free hard drive space
        * Safari 1.3 (Mac OS X 10.3.9), Safari 2.0.4 or higher (Mac OS X 10.4.7 or higher) Firefox 1.5 or higher
        * Flash Player 8 or higher

Why do video clips sometimes stutter or pause during playback?

Video may stutter or pause during playback if your computer does not meet the specs detailed above, or if your Internet connection is not fast enough. Even on broadband connections, Internet congestion or traffic can result in choppy playback or repeated buffering. The video is playing and downloading (streaming) at the same time and if the internet connection is slow, the download speed can't keep up with the playing speed. To avoid the video from stopping, pause the video and wait until it is fully downloaded, then resume playing.

Why isn't the player displaying on the web page?
Some corporate networks, firewalls, and ad-blocking software may prevent the player from displaying. Please check with your Network Administrator to ensure that Flash video is permitted on your network. Also, disable any ad-blocking software that might prevent Flash media from loading.

Why is the video blocky or coarse-looking?

Several factors affect video quality including the data rate, the quality of the original footage, and the version of Flash video used to encode.

How can I share a link to a specific video?

Use the "Share This Option" behind the options button on the player. You can email the link through our video server or copy the link to your clipboard and paste in an email message or web page.

What does "Get Feed" do?

The Get Feed menu allows you to subscribe to our player using common RSS aggregation services. Subscribing to the RSS Feed for a player automatically alerts you when a new content is available and provides a short description of each video.

How can I subscribe to an RSS feed?

If you see your preferred RSS aggregator listed, simply click the badge to load a web-based RSS reader and subscribe. You can also copy the feed location by clicking "Subscribe Using Feed" or copy the feed location to the clipboard and paste it into your preferred RSS reader.

The player is displaying a warning that says I need to upgrade the Flash player. How do I upgrade?

You can obtain the latest version of the Flash Player from Adobe.

The player is not displaying correctly or is displaying the wrong video. How can I fix this?

        * Choose Empty Cache from the Safari menu

I checked and I have most everything, have Pentium 4, Windows XP, faster internet (not dial up), however they could be a bit slow at times, but only 248 MB of RAM - no problem, tho.  After I download it I just hit replay and it plays just fine.  Couldn't find the Kbps, whatever that is  Huh Huh - I do know how to turn the computer on and off and find the forum, however  angel

When there is computer talk..and  Kjell uses the term "WE"..
Ahhh for the most part he means "HE"....   Grin  hahahaha

I know only enough to get myself in real deep trouble and be dangerous at the same time!
He has forgotten in one day more than most people know in a lifetime about computers. Cool

He was using my laptop when he posted that information..
For the Love of Riley... I only WISH I knew all about that stuff enough to post and tell you . LOL
So just for the record.. I wanted to be honest about that .. just in case any of you need to call me and ask me a question~~ Huh
and I have to turn the phone over to him...
Then the jig would be up and my cover would be broken!

For all who live in Howard or in other areas where you can have a DSL line through AT&T, you can have a minimum speed of around 1500 kb/s (kilobyte per second).

We have 1500 kbs at the house and I have 3700 here in the office.

We changed from cable to DSL simply because the cable speed was not good enough for our needs. And DSL is cheaper to.
