Why do video clips sometimes stutter or pause during playback?Video may stutter or pause during playback if your computer does not meet the specs detailed above, or if your Internet connection is not fast enough. Even on broadband connections, Internet congestion or traffic can result in choppy playback or repeated buffering. The video is playing and downloading (streaming) at the same time and if the internet connection is slow, the download speed can't keep up with the playing speed. To avoid the video from stopping, pause the video and wait until it is fully downloaded, then resume playing.
Why isn't the player displaying on the web page? Some corporate networks, firewalls, and ad-blocking software may prevent the player from displaying. Please check with your Network Administrator to ensure that Flash video is permitted on your network. Also, disable any ad-blocking software that might prevent Flash media from loading.
Why is the video blocky or coarse-looking?Several factors affect video quality including the data rate, the quality of the original footage, and the version of Flash video used to encode.
How can I share a link to a specific video?Use the "Share This Option" behind the options button on the player. You can email the link through our video server or copy the link to your clipboard and paste in an email message or web page.
What does "Get Feed" do?The Get Feed menu allows you to subscribe to our player using common RSS aggregation services. Subscribing to the RSS Feed for a player automatically alerts you when a new content is available and provides a short description of each video.
How can I subscribe to an RSS feed?If you see your preferred RSS aggregator listed, simply click the badge to load a web-based RSS reader and subscribe. You can also copy the feed location by clicking "Subscribe Using Feed" or copy the feed location to the clipboard and paste it into your preferred RSS reader.
The player is displaying a warning that says I need to upgrade the Flash player. How do I upgrade? You can obtain
the latest version of the Flash Player from Adobe.
