• Officer Darren Wilson pushed into vehicle by Mike Brown. • A Struggle ensued. • Two shots fired inside vehicle. • One bullet striking the hand of Mike Brown. • Blood from right arm wound on interior door, uniform and officers weapon. • Gun powder residue also on hands of Mike Brown. • Attorney for Dorian Johnson admits DJ lied to media.

• One bullet lodges in door panel of SUV • One bullet strikes near window of adjacent apartment building. • Hat and one shoe located on South side of police SUV. • Second shoe located approximately 10-15′ East. • Officer Wilson chases Mike Brown. • Both travel approximately 100′ from SUV. • Brown stops, turns, makes aggressive statement. • Brown charges Wilson. • Ten additional shots fired at approaching Mike Brown. • Five bullets strike Brown. • Total of 12 shots fired.

Dr. Judy Melinek [...] also said the autopsy does not support witnesses who have claimed Brown was shot while running away from Wilson, or with his hands up.

She said Brown was facing Wilson when he took a shot to the forehead, two shots to the chest and a shot to the upper right arm. The wound to the top of Brown's head would indicate he was falling forward or in a lunging position toward the shooter and was instantly fatal.

A sixth shot that hit the forearm traveled from the back of the arm to the inner arm, which means Brown's palms could not have been facing Wilson, as some witnesses have said, Melinek said. That trajectory shows Brown likely was not taking a standard surrender position with arms above the shoulders and palms out when he was hit, she said. (read more)

This is what the actual forensic evidence shows; and it aligns with "actual" eye-witness statements from James McKnight, Michael Brady, Philip Walker, Ace Johnson's anonymous witness - as well as the known account of Officer Darren Wilson – who:
♦ Gave a written account of events to Saint Louis investigators.
♦ Gave two recorded statements and sat down for two interviews with Saint Louis investigators.
♦ Gave another written account, and another recorded interview with Federal investigators.
♦ Gave four hours of testimony to a Saint Louis Grand Jury without an attorney present.

The "no bill" announcement is anticipated at any time.

(Via Gary) In the Shotspotter analysis of the Glide audio, it was determined that the shots fired "were all taken from within a three-foot radius". Which means that Darren Wilson could have moved forward or backward roughly 6 feet as he was shooting.

Ejected shell casings can travel in a 12 foot radius in any direction. Since we know Brown and Wilson traveled from the SUV to the spot of the shooting we can assume they traveled in a straight line down the center of the road.

If 3 circles with a 12 foot radius is drawn around the placement of each cone we have an area of roughly 6 feet in which Wilson could have moved while shooting. It also happens to be the spot where Brown fell after he was shot. How else could Wilson have fired in that area if he wasn't retreating as Brown was advancing?

(Chip) The best evidence is the shell casing several feet behind Brown. Wilson had to have backtracked at least 12-15 feet while shooting, at a minimum. [...] Unless Wilson was waving his gun around wildly, pointing and shooting in different directions, the ejection of the shell casings would be instructive.

The scenario is one in which Brown is either standing still, facing Wilson, or else facing Wilson, and approaching him (depending on what you believe). However, in either case, Wilson would be pointing his gun in a given, consistent direction. Thus, the linear placement of the shell casings implies a linear movement of Wilson while firing those rounds.

Based on shell casing placement, Brown was moving forward, and Wilson was moving backward, while Wilson was firing.

Distance Matters:

Actual eye-witnesses all agree and are supported with the forensic evidence. It's the manufactured media-witnesses, Tiffany Mitchell and Piaget Crenshaw, whose accounts do not align with the forensic evidence.

Dorian Johnson has already -through his attorney-
admitted he lied to the media.

These two BUMS knew all of this since 8/18/14 and yet they allowed Ferguson to burn!!!

(This article brings to mind the statement, "Either resign or be fired" doesn't it? Have we seen this happen in the Elk County School Districts? I'm certain we have, but there is no way to prove it, is there? It is not restricted to sex predators, there are other situations that could bring out this statement, ""Either resign or be fired". But that happens behind closed doors doesn't it? Where is the leadership action, where is the protection of children in such situations, where is the honesty? The person offered such a choice can then simply move on and continue undesirable actions or activity within other school districts.  No accusations here, just food for thought something to consider. Are the school Systems protecting children with the use of such action or protecting themselves and the teacher?)

Research and publish 10 major investigative stories on unions protecting sex predators in schools.

There's been an explosion of K-12 teachers being arrested for molesting students in recent years. Some experts are now calling it an "epidemic."

What's less known, but equally sickening, is the role played by teachers unions to help their members cover up their sex crimes and maintain their jobs, or secure letters of recommendation so they can get other teaching jobs.

How can this happen?

It typically costs school districts six figures in legal costs to fire tenured teachers, regardless of their wrongdoing. Some school officials would rather sweep the problem under the rug than pay that amount.

Education Action Group Foundation, a tax-deductible nonprofit, is prepared to research and publish 10 investigative stories on this shameful practice, so the nation can understand how the unions often prioritize the interests of members over the safety of students.

''I see where Police in Texas seized a shipment of ecstasy pills this week shaped like President Obuma's face.  The drug is characterized by a brief powerful high followed by a long, slow, very slow, comedown.''

It just recently came to light that back in February, Joe Biden's son, Hunter, was booted out of the Navy Reserve when he tested positive for cocaine. A great many people wrote, wondering how it was that the media didn't cover the story.

When I actually delved into it, I discovered that Biden's daughter, Ashley, was busted by the narcs back in 2009, and that story has been buried even deeper and for more years.

It would be bad enough if the media decided that what the children of politicians did was nobody's business, even though that would mean that the kids received all the perks that go with being the son or daughter of a senator, a vice president or a president, but had no reason to fear their dirty laundry would be exposed. But the sad truth is that the media plays favorites, depending on whether the parent is a Republican or a Democrat. As you may have noticed, when George Bush was in the White House, the media delighted in letting us know about every stupid thing his young daughters did, and the twins Jenna and Barbara were barely 20 when he was elected, and one of the things they didn't do was cocaine.

They even went after Sarah Palin's daughter when Sarah was John McCain's running mate in 2008 and Bristol was still a teenager.

On the other hand, when Ashley Biden was busted in 2009, she was 28 years old and Hunter was all of 43 when he got kicked out of the Navy Reserve, but the media treated them as if they were a couple of innocent young squirts whose futures they had to protect.

As of this moment, Ebola has killed two Americans, the same number of Americans that the butchers in Iraq have beheaded, and yet Obama has sent 3,000 soldiers (otherwise known as 6,000 boots on the ground) to West Africa and none to confront ISIS. It must occur even to the nitwit in the White House that sending troops to Ebola Central serves no purpose other than to increase the odds of Ebola killing a great many more Americans in the future.

Lest anyone think that ours is the only government controlled by boobs, the British Parliament just voted 274-12 to pass a motion recognizing an Arab state alongside Israel. Right, as if what the world needs is one more barbaric nation that can join the U.N. and vote against us on an hourly basis.

Although the vote was only symbolic, it shows that the Brits are ready to recognize the legitimacy of Islamic terrorists whose approach to peaceful relations with Israel consists of raining down thousands of missiles on Jewish civilians, and who occasionally break up the monotony of beheading Americans by beheading Englishmen.

One of the sorriest aspects of what the liberals have been able to do, mainly through a corrupt education system, is convince America's youth that they are smarter, wiser and more decent, than other people. As you may have noticed, most students don't take science and math, but they consider themselves experts when it comes to global warming. Most of them don't study economics, but they know corporations are evil and raising the minimum wage is good. They barely know how to read and they get their news from Bill Maher and Jon Stewart, but they know that conservatives are out to destroy the world and only they can save it.

Finally, for all of Harry Reid's complaints about wealthy Republicans like the Koch brothers destroying democracy by supporting GOP candidates, year in and year out, the Democrats out-spend the GOP, and this year is no exception. By November 4th, the two parties will have shelled out about a billion dollars to get their people elected, with the Democrats outspending the Republicans by roughly $100 million, and, God willing, having far less to show for it.

Even liberals had to be embarrassed when it came out that one of Obama's major donors is a guy actually named Richie Richman. Believe me, if Richie were a Republican, David Letterman would never stop teasing him and wondering if he has a brother named Fat Cat.

News That Won't Shock You: Military Leaders Fed Up With White House's "Micromanagement" Of War With ISIS

(This is how Democrap Presidents always run (and lose) military campaigns... the Vietnam war under LBJ was the classic example of this)

Via Daily Beast:
The Pentagon brass placed in charge of implementing Obama's war against ISIS are getting fed up with the short leash the White House put them on.

Top military leaders in the Pentagon and in the field are growing increasingly frustrated by the tight constraints the White House has placed on the plans to fight ISIS and train a new Syrian rebel army.

As the American-led battle against ISIS stretches into its fourth month, the generals and Pentagon officials leading the air campaign and preparing to train Syrian rebels are working under strict White House orders to keep the war contained within policy limits. The National Security Council has given precise instructions on which rebels can be engaged, who can be trained, and what exactly those fighters will do when they return to Syria. Most of the rebels to be trained by the U.S. will never be sent to fight against ISIS.

Making matters worse, military officers and civilian Pentagon leaders tell The Daily Beast, is the ISIS war's decision-making process, run by National Security Advisor Susan Rice. It's been manic and obsessed with the tiniest of details. Officials talk of sudden and frequent meetings of the National Security Council and the so-called "Principals Committee" of top defense, intelligence, and foreign policy officials (an NSC and three PCs in one week this month); a barrage of questions from the NSC to the agencies that create mountains of paperwork for overworked staffers; and NSC insistence on deciding minor issues even at the operational level.

"We are getting a lot of micromanagement from the White House. Basic decisions that should take hours are taking days sometimes," one senior defense official told The Daily Beast.

Hoo-rah! Andrew Tahmooressi Free At last

(Via FOX NEWS)
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/10/31/mexican-judge-orders-jailed-marine-andrew-tahmooressi-freed-family-spokesman/

(Why do I have the feeling that Obama will use this for some type of Election ploy and take all the credit for him being released.  Nothing just happens around election time with the Democrats.  Who hasn't noticed the price of gas is going down!  Obama is poised to turn over our sovereignty to Mexico by allowing them to enter illegally and stay.  The ultimate reward is when he decrees them citizens!   They are paying it forward.  They get North Mexico and the Democrats get to retain power as long as they can hold it)

A Mexican judge has freed jailed US Marine Andrew Tahmooressi, his family said late Friday.

Tahmooressi, 26, who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan, has been held since March 31, when he said he mistakenly crossed into Mexico with three legally-purchased and registered guns in his truck.

A court-appointed psychiatrist confirmed that Tahmooressi has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.  Family spokesman Jonathan Franks said the judge released him without making a determination on the charge against him.
The family issued the following statement: "It is with an overwhelming and humbling feeling of relief that we confirm that Andrew was released today after spending 214 days in a Mexican Jail."

The Florida man said he got lost on a California freeway ramp that sent him across the border with no way to turn back. His long detention brought calls for his freedom from U.S. politicians, veterans groups and social media campaigns.

Members of Congress were quick to react.

Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, immediately issued a statement saying, "I am elated that Sgt. Tahmooressi has been ordered released from jail in Mexico. This is great, but overdue, news. I am pleased that both Attorney General Jesús Murillo Karam and the judge on the case recognize that Sgt. Tahmooressi did not intend to violate Mexican law, and that his combat-related PTSD should be treated by specialists in the United States."

In Florida, Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who represents the district where Tahmooressi's' mother, Jill, lives, said in a statement, "I am thrilled that Sergeant Tahmooressi has been released from prison in Mexico. We have waited long enough. As a mother, my heart is with Jill Tahmooressi tonight and I can only imagine the many emotions she must be experiencing, namely the relief in knowing her son is coming home and that they will soon be reunited without prison bars, without handlers and without unnecessary travel."

Rep. Matt Salmon, R-Ariz., chairman of the Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere, said, "I am truly overjoyed to hear the news that our Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi is finally coming home to America. During my last visit with Andrew in a Mexican prison, I told him the next time I saw him would be during his release to America; I am grateful that I will be able to keep that promise and be with him and (his mother) Mrs. Tahmooressi as he returns to the United States tonight."
