Been thinking 'bout it for awhile. Been in SASS for about 3 years and they keep driving me towards NCOWS. So I sent in the application (put in the better half also, Kitty Phan)

I better start looking for some more authentic clothes though. I got a bunch but my hat sucks (just ask Will Ketchum)

I do shoot only the holy black (Big Lube boolits though, 'spect that is frowned on) and do like the more exotic costumes.

I'm "Pukin Dog" and look forward to meeting a bunch of you at future shoots!

A big howdy and welcome! We're always lookin for more shooter's of the "Holy Black". By "big lube boolits", do ya mean lead bullets with big lube grooves? If so, thats the prefered way ta go. Hope we get a chance to meet and shoot together down the trail.

Yup, this whole CAS scene got her back to the sewing machine. She wasnt' sure about the whole thing when I started shooting but then she stumbled across the Belles site and that bit her. I have been drawn more and more to the NCOWS side as I learn more about the sport. SASS is just getting too competitive and "anything goes as long as we make money". This whole thing with "mods" is what finally made up my mind.

Plus Silver Creek Slim and Will Ketchum were twisting my arm pretty good too! LOL

And, BTW, I've seen Ketchum twist some arms. Now, that explains you signin' up, but I think the great organization with solid founding principles, good pards and a dandy magazine will keep you comin' back.

That does sound like a nice authentic alias for NCOWS. That scruffy hat might fit in better than some might lead you to think.

Shooters that make plenty of smoke are what we need more of. Might have to work on your choice of bullets a tad.

Welcome to the fire. You've got some great pards in Will & Slim! My philosophy is ya can't have too many hats.

2 derbys, 4 Homburgs, 2 top hats, a Montana peak, a telescope crown, a BOP, 2 sombreros, a seal fur winter hat, 2 straw 2 mechanics, 6 eight quarter [newsboy] and one deer stalker!

I have agree with Irish Dave, I think you will be happy whith the Shootist and the way that NCOWS is going & growing.
