Add me to the list. I have a 1860 brass frame Henry in 44-40 cal and shoot it in competition in the N-SSA. Replaced the original stock with a black walnut stock cut from a stump. Hand rubbed the stock with linseed oil to bring out the grain. Henry stock was manufactured by Romano Rifle Co.

Romano Rifle Co. has done some sweet work ..with Spencers & others ..I 'd like to see you custom stock

This thread is where people post their desire to be on the list, the "1860 Henry Rifle Roster" you pointed out is where they actually get listed. Other than that, we're not quite sure what your comment means.

Just pick up my Henry(steel Frame) for Taylor’s yesterday. Chamber in 45 colt, haven’t had time to shoot it yet. Beautiful rifle.

I just purchased a '60 Henry carbine from Charlie Bison.

I plan on following in the footsteps of Yellowstone Kelly with this fine carbine.

We had a lively discussion in the NCOWS Chambers regarding the historic provenance of a true Henry "carbine". We found enough evidence to allow it's use.

It will be one of my NCOWS main match rifles.

The 1860 Henry Board is for anyone interested in all aspects of the history of and shooting that damn "yankee rifle that you load on Sunday and shoot all week". The discussions can also include "The Improved Henry, the 1866 Winchester.
