Burnside 1865 Spencer

Hello, my husband and I are just getting into antique guns.  I just bought this today and I wanted to get any thoughts on it.  Its a 20" barrel but has 6 groves, the barrel also is stamped SA.   It does not have any cartouches on it that I can find.  The serial numbers do match also.  I have tried to post pictures but keep getting an error. Did I do good or is my husband going to kick me out?  LOL

The SA stamp must stand for South American gun.  If so, the rifling should be spiraling in the opposite direction as a standard Spencer due to the Coriolis Effect.
