You have the Winchester rifles covered but there are a lot of us Marlin shooters out there.  I have several I think others would like to hear about.

A Forum for Marlin Firearms exists.  It is excellent.  http://www.marlinowners.com/forum/forum.php

In particular, it has sub-forums for Cowboy Rifles http://www.marlinowners.com/forum/cowboy-rifles/"  and the Model of 1894 Marlin http://www.marlinowners.com/forum/1894/.  Both are excellent places to discuss cowboy rifles with folks that are very knowledgeable on the topic.

I've been a member of Marlin Owners for years and they do cover Marlins well. And I'm sure there are other forums for Colt, Winchester,  Spencer and others.  So I just figured maybe folks on CASCITY may be interested in seeing Marlin cowboy guns.

The Forum below, titled "Shooters Meeting" would be an appropriate place for you to show off your guns.

I too would like to see some discussion here on shooting the marlin 1881, especially in 45-70 with black powder...of course. I shoot the '81 and my '76 win. frequently, a comparison of their western roles would be great reading.

I too, would like to see a Marlin sub-forum on this site.
It might just help to build 'traffic' to the whole forum in general.

Might as well throw in my two cents worth..I would like to see a Marlin forum here as well. I know of the Marlinowners.com site but I seem to be here more than any others. Hope someone considers doing it.

With two Marlins in the rack, I'll add my voice.

I have a couple of Marlin lever action rifles also.  Throw my hat in the ring also.
