I said she was naive, not stupid.  Same girl who said in the last store meeting that she really likes to work with me because none of the creepy customers try to flirt with her.

We got enough sense up here not to shit in our own cornflakes.

I too, got the flu shot and just spent the last 5 days in bed drowning in mucus. Today was actually feeling pretty good, spent some time out on the porch in 50degree weather, bundled up.

I shudder to think what it would be like if I hadn't gotten the shot.  :(

The weather liars were wrong again, It's S**wing here, wasn't supposed to, said rain showers, but the ground is covered again. Spring needs to hurry up and get here, I'm not liking this cold stuff at all. >:( >:(

RCJ- M2 - the rest of you i hope you are getting over the cruds that creep about.  Trying to get motivated myself. I did feed the chickens this morning abd washed some laundry. This evening i cooked up nice filet minon with some red bell peppers and a small baker. Biggest meal i have had in a week or more.  Shared a bit with wife who is counting points. Shared a taste with each of the dogs. I have another ready for tomorrrow. If stepson doesn’t get it first.

Weather guesser took the s*** guess out of his "forecast" a few days ago and guess what....it came anyway. Hardly and here, maybe an inch. But not far away on I-44 apparently there's enough to cause crashes all over the place.

Well PE, when a car and a truck love one another and decide to have a minivan one has to get on top. ;D ;D

Ah My Good Netizens ....

That's what I get for wandering off to try and get householdy things under control.

I come back to find folks attacked by deluges of virii and phlegm; Del publicly proclaims his over-fondness for boards and
is performing surgery upon himself with a dull spoon  pocketknife, and whilst the rest of the country is
under attack by ice and snow, the Great Southwest has officially declared Drought, and is closing schools over
the  Influenza Plague.

I shall have to pick up a handy-pack of 100 Flu Masks tommorrow...
