I gave my brother-in-law a quiver last year (I think I posted the pics in the Historical society section under the old fashion way)  Last year I also made my wife a purse.   I have "orders" for two more quivers that I am in the process of finishing to be given as gifts.   This year, other than the quivers, that is it, but my wife did just buy me a 6 oz. veg tanned side (~25 sq ft) and is having it delivered for christmas.   I also just found out that one of the Parfleches I made (also see pics in the Old Fashion Way under the Historical Society) is being given as a gift.

Actually Marshall the answer would seem to be yes, making lots of leather gifts, but others are doing the giving.  Sneeky way to slip that one by, eh?  Here is wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

After 'helping' me carve a sheath my 11 year old grandaughter requested I make her a little purse, so that's on my agenda.
All America lies at the end of the wilderness road, and our past is not a dead past, but still lives in us. Our forefathers had civilization inside themselves, the wild outside. We live in the civilization they created, but within us the wilderness still lingers. What they dreamed, we live, and what they lived, we dream. -- T.K. Whipple

I just got a request for a cross-draw holster for my wife's left pistol so I'll be making one for her to match her rig.
