Sorry my son you are to late in asking,
Mr Peabody's coal train has hauled it away.

Said that at work one night to one of the hipster kids and he said he knew I reminded him of his dad.

Been drinking coffee and working on my reloading bench expansion for the last couple of days. I've just about got my framing work done. It's going to open up some corner wall that will become bench to ceiling bookshelves. The bench is made from office cubicle desks that I found at the local habitat for humanity store. Heavy stuff. I am going to need one more piece to fill in the gap I made but they don't have any more. I'm probably going to get a piece made by a kitchen counter contractor. Let him match it up the best they can. Will post pix when done.

I wish we had habitat for humanity store around here. We do have some reuse places but they are a drive to get to.

Need to oil the wood and stone, did all I can do with a file.  Small one has shallow angle for a Carpenter's hatchet and will stay in the shop.  Other one has a steeper angle and will go in the camp gear for kindling and has been named Molly.  :o

We crossed  the digital divide a little further yesterday- turned a $100 gift card into a electric pressure cooker. They are all the rage with prius train folks and coosies and cowpunchers everywhere. Not sure the fate of the two  50 year old ones in pantry. Or that dinasour cook here. ;)

Do i need to attach a bayonet and poke that?

No electric pressure cooker here. Still using the one I inherited from my Mom. A Presto one, needed a new gasket a few years ago, and it was still available. I'm not sure just how old it is, but I still have the booklet that came with it, and it has instructions for using on a wood stove. Don't really need any more electric gadgets in this house, since it still has the electric system they installed whenever the co-op first brought electric to the area. Whole house was on 4 circuits. I added one more with an old one circuit fuse box so we could run a space heater in the bedroom without flipping the breaker every time someone used the toaster.

I caught the Ian Tyson refreance there.

Hear they are good for tofu and lentles,  do they have a matching bread machine?

Drug some more treasures from the shed in.  Don't have to be to work till 4 on Monday.

Thought the Obominable grabbers outlawed pressure cookers ? , what with the Boston Obombathon...

"when they outlaw pressure cookers only outlaws will have them !"

followed by crockpots , roasters , and microwaves  ::)

It takes up some real estate on counter but first use whole roasted chicken and taters w/ carrots. 30 minutes and 10 for veggies. We have two of the older ones came from her mother.  They both work seals are good. For health reasons we are avoiding some older metals used in cookware.
We are hiding them from the Obamnation

Slim i got one stuck on my Mosin Nagant ready to go if it shows up again. At least with that i can stand back some. Then paddle the canoe safely away.
