Flattop sticky cylinder

 Hi. I just got a brand new Uberti Flattop Target, 44-40 with 7 1/2" barrel.  Two chambers are sticky when I cycle it. When I cock the gun it will go smoothly through 4 chambers but then the last 2 are sticky. I can still cock and cycle them but they are sticky. I took the cylinder out and I can see a small rub mark on part of the front of the bushing. I assume the rub mark corresponds to the two sticky chambers. As well, two of the ratchet teeth on the back of the cylinder show rub marks.
Does that mean that two of the ratchet teeth need stoning? If so, would I stone the top of the teeth, or the front of the teeth?
Does the front of the cylinder bushing need stoning as well?
Or should I just leave it alone and hope it breaks in naturally?
Also, I can't tell if this gun has a removeable cylinder bushing or not. I tried to pull it out with my fingers but it does not come out easily.

I think I'd take it to the range and shoot it some before doing anything else. See if normal use will smooth it up some.

I was thinking of that but it's still brand new and I could possibly exchange it if this is a serious issue. Just not sure if it's serious or if I'm being too picky.

Anybody know if these Uberti's have a removable cylinder bushing?

My Uberti Flattop had a removable cylinder bushing.
But that was a couple of years ago (BM: 1999 year code).
Don't know about the current production.

I have a recent Uberti 1873 with a removable bushing. My Pietta`s bushing was so tight that it took a tool to drive it out, then I had to polish it for a proper fit.
