I was wondering if you could have a look in your Reference Bible to see if there is any info that might indicate who it was issued to.













Does this look like a correct period sling?

Nice looking Sharps . . . Your serial # 37337 - closest Sharps Serial # I found to yours, is 37325 - Sharps Rifle issued to Company I, 5th Michigan Volunteer Infantry on May 17, 1865.  Hope this helps.
