Hahaha my wife loves and hates this about watching Westerns with me. On the one hand, she's impressed with how quickly some of that info comes out ("The Trapdoor wasn't made yet," or "This is 1868, there's no possible way he has a Colt SAA.")

On the other hand, sometimes she just wants me to shut up and let her enjoy the movie.

Well this has certainly Ben entertaining.  It's amazing growing up watching all those Westerns with my dad and I never once noticed the Hollywood Henrys, buscadero holsters, or even my dad's favorite actor John Wayne using his 92 or SAA no matter the movie's time period. But now I have a hard time watching westerns without being objective and my girlfriend hates it when I start picking things out.
