A few holsters I made
« on: June 07, 2017, 10:18:05 PM »
Here are most of my attempts at holster making. Trial and error doing different things and styles. I LOVE making them and just get better with each new one. One day I suspect I'll find the best way and techniques.

You've been busy! Are you just making a bunch of holsters to sell, or are these for orders?

Those look great.  What weight leather do you use?

There's a support group for that .... it's called "Cowboy Action Shooting"!

When you get "good', let us know. In the mean time - wow!

I use mostly 12 -14oz saddle skirting.

No sales, just making them for me to learn on and wear.

Lots of nice work, there. Thanks for sharing. Lots of variety and different things to keep your interest.

One day I suspect I'll find the best way and techniques.
There is no 'best' way or technique. There's always something you'll find to do different on 'the next one'. Keep having fun. That's what really matters.
