New Classes
« on: March 30, 2017, 10:32:56 AM »
What is the exact wording for the new class structure?

How much did we take in on the pistol raffle?

There is:

Men
Women

Junior
Adult
Elder

2 gun
3 gun
4 gun

Divided by;

Traditional = Black powder one handed
Open = Everything else.

The chart included in the Congress Agenda is pretty accurate with the Traditional & Open amendment.

Books
G.I.L.S.

K.V.C.
N.C.O.W.S. 2279 - Senator
Hiram's Rangers C-3
G.A.F. 415
S.F.T.A.

Cole, Joe probably has the exact amount, but I believe it was right about $500, Thanks for donating
the 51 and thanks for the converter. And a big personal thanks to whoever drew the winning ticket,
it had my name on it. Thanks again

So there is no Duelist class now , that would be traditional as long as I shot black powder .

Yes but I believe you have to shoot black powder and duelist to be traditional. Otherwise it is like it used to be with working cowboy, everything is combined.

I believe that is what the EC was thinking - effective 1 July 2017, just like last time there was a big change.

Don't forget that the categories are subdivided by gender and age and that Pistoleer and Originals remain unaffected.

The application for National shoot is in the new Shootist , with the old classes, so the new classes can't
be implemented until some time after that.

All,
The attached document should clarify what Congress approved as the shooting categories.
