Did ya get any coyotes?

Slim

Saw one, but he wouldn't come in closer than about 500 yards.  With a 1x scope, I didn't want to chance it.

We ran across both an eagle and an osprey, too.  Got within about 20 feet of both, but I didn't have my camera.   :-[

No work today, have to go shopping for a "new" mail route car. Since I'm not about to pay $30,000 for a right hand drive Jeep, I guess it'll be another 12-15 year old Blazer. One of the last vehicles built without the floor shifter, and an easily removable console (besides some full size trucks, but even at 6'2",I'm not long enough to use those for delivering, comfortably)

Morning y'all.
Coffee and salt water are hot.

The salt water is to gargle with to numb the pain so I can swallow.  ::) Needless to say, I am staying home today.

'Tis 15 and sunny. High of 23.

We got that skirting more or less fixed for the time being. Next big wind event it'll probably be messed up again :P

From my experience around mobile homes, that's just skirting doing what skirting does.

The "Great March S%#* Event" forecast for early this morning fizzled out(YEAH!!!) Saw somewhere between 15-20 small S***flakes about 4 this afternoon.

Our snow fizzled also.

New over night person was a no call no show tonight, if they get a new one right away, looks like another 2 weeks of long shifts often by myself.

Was doing a short one Thursday, 2 1/2 hours only, 188 sales and dropped $2485 cash in the safe.

Morning all.

We've been sunny here the past few days, and 70 degrees.   It's supposed to turn back into rain this week.

The boss is sick today, so I get the whole job to myself today.  We'll see how that goes.

Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly Del
This is what we have to look forward to...
Blizzard Warning in effect from 4:16 PM EDT on March 13, 2017 through 12:00 AM EDT on March 15, 2017.

...Blizzard Warning remains in effect from midnight tonight to midnight EDT Tuesday night...

* Hazard types...heavy snow and blizzard conditions. Some freezing drizzle late Tuesday afternoon into early Tuesday evening.

* Snow accumulations...12 to 24 inches.

* Ice accumulations...a few hundredths of an inch or less.

* Snowfall rates...2 inches to locally 3 inches per hour from very early Tuesday morning into Tuesday afternoon.

* Timing...late tonight through Tuesday evening.

* Impacts...dangerous travel due to whiteout conditions at times. Several roads may become impassable. Power outages possible.

* Winds...northeast 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* Temperatures...in the upper 20s.

* Visibilities...one quarter mile or less at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout conditions...making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If you must travel...have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded...stay with your vehicle.

Morning All.

The winter weather is one thing I do like about California.  Pretty much the only thing...  Yesterday was 75 degrees, no clouds at all, and a slight breeze from the south.  Not a bad day. ::)

Today, I'm taking the dog out with a friend and we're going to go for a long walk in the woods.  Hopefully the dog will be ready for a nap when we get back.  I will be.  This stupid daylight savings time deal has me all messed up. :-\
