Morning y'all.
Coffee is hot.

'Tis 54 and cloudy. "Mostly cloudy. Patchy fog in the morning. A chance of showers in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 50s. North wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30 percent."

Sunny and clear low 80s here, same for tomorrow except high 70s. My kind of weather!

Morning all.

clouds and rain today, and all week to this point.   We have a lot of wet animals, including the dog that likes to shake near electronic devices and the cat that likes to sleep under the blankets.  ::)

Was going to toss some lead down range today, but my x and y chromosome donors got a call that a friend's funeral is today in another town.  And, since the power steering pump went out on my truck, I'm stuck with no wheels.  :-\  Guess I'll wait.

And now for my venting on annoyance.  I hate it when I have great, profitable ideas but lack the influence and/or capital to make it work.  ::)

Interesting, busy at work tonight, some guy also left his car running while he came it, went out and it was gone, go figure. ::)

Security camera at the wrong angle, oh well.

Coffee is ready.  It is below 70 this morning, with a high in the upper 80's.  Partly cloudy.
The wedding was wonderful.  Family and friends have departed, and the bride and groom are leaving for Jamaica this morning.  The favorite wife is taking them to the airport in a few minutes.  We are dog sitting their chocolate lab...at least our beast will have a playmate this week.

My project for the day it so reduce the 15 + pound trigger pull on my new Spencer carbine.  Found a method in SSS forum that doesn't require removing metal.  The lock plate is off and I'm about to head to the hardware store to get a shim for the mainspring.

'tis raining here. I'm beating clothes on the rocks. Worked on floors yesterday, they kinda got ahead of us in the last few weeks with my son's death and Sandy's mishap ::) :P :-\

Afternoon y'all.

Rain rain rain.  We have water falling from the sky.  Good for the wheat I planted.  Not so great for our chickens, since they're too dumb to get out of the rain.

Other news, there is no news.

We stayed in the 50's today with sun. Supposed to hit the 70's tomorrow. my co-worker's Dad picked up 4 fresh killed deer this morning. All bucks. Once he processes them, he has the Dept. of Wildlife pick up the heads for lab examination. several of them were pretty good sized ::) :o

Now we're gonna have to go back to October-November Musters-just so we can do pumpkin bayonet drills.
