Tell me about .45Colt Spencers

Greetings to the forum.
I've come looking for comments/opinions on the .45Colt Spencer.
I'm not a CAS shooter just a range bum that likes historical firearms. 

Do the .45Colt chambered guns run okay?
I have a couple of SAA's in .45Colt so ammo compatibility is a real plus.

What is the forums opinion of these?
