Thank you Professor  ;D

The Henry carbine was engraved by Darrick Smalley and just recently finished.  It is chambered for the .45 Cowboy, a short version of the 45 Colt more akin to the original .44 Rimfire that the Henry was chambered in.   The 7.5 is a late model Prewar from USFA.

Beautiful!

I can't explain it... the 7.5 and 4 3/4 models are my favorite. I guess I just don't have the love for the 5.5

Great picture

I have to agree.  I have always preferred the 4 & 3/4" and the 7 & 1/2" models over the 5 & 1/2."  First love would be the 4 & 3/4" models.  I have many of them.
I do have one USFA 5 & 1/2" model, nickel plated with sambar stag grips (thanks to www.elenhunting.com).  Got it only because it is the definitive "B Western" cowboy gun.  Looks like a gun that Roy Rodgers would have carried.:)
