A Hiram's Ranger Needs Our Prayers

Hiram's Ranger #45 who goes by Smiley needs our prayers.  He shot with us at Clay, KY and Westside in IN. also he shot the NCOWS National at Westside a couple years ago. He had open heart and then fell and broke his hip. Now he can not breath on his own. Please keep him in your prayers. Tj

Smiley used to shoot here at the local SASS club, he told me a few years ago I had to
go to westside and shoot, that it was the coolest cowboy range. He always has a great
attitude and Smiley is the perfect name for him. Best wishes for him.

I got word recently and this has been very sad news for me.

Smiley is one of my long-time CAS pards.....shooting it out at the Milan Rifle Club and "thereabouts".
A core member of our group for many years & he's always been willing to help with anything....very easygoing guy.

I believe his brother has shot with us out at Westside, too...and I recall the year Smiley surprised with an appearance at the NCOWS Nationals. I just never know when or where he's gonna pop in to surprise me.

It is my sad duty to let all know. Smiley passed away this morning in Mission, Texas. Hiram's Ranger # 45  is no longer with us. At last my Brother. Tj
