troube with belling case--need advice

When reloading my Starline cases I am not getting the slight belling of the case uising any of the three available
dies from Lee, CCH or RCBS. I am still able to start a new bullet but would prefer a slight bell that I use in my other
cartridges. I shoot all the basic old Winchester cartrdiges  25-20 thru 44-40 without this problem.

The stem needs to be ground down as your belling stem is too long.
