Looks real to me Noz. It would fit his agenda. Problem is, we need four guns to play our game. If it's a hoax, I sure hope it is, we still need to be aware and informed.

Pretty much my thoughts as well! All of my firearms are used with BP, and a good many of these are classed as antiques (pre 1898).

Arrest me, through me in Jail and I will have all the benefits that the House and Congress have voted in for themselves.
No income to speak of, but who cares with free lodging, food, health care and Cable TV.
That is more than I can get from Social Security (that I have paid into for more that 50 years)

The Swiss are showing the way.

Switzerland, on the other hand, maintains a traditional right to bear arms and reservists are encouraged to keep rifles at home. A referendum to enact stricter gun laws was voted down in 2011. They have no restrictions on black powder guns and few or none on smokeyless ones.

We're going to have some choices to make soon this side of the DMZ. Our newly elected Liberal government is surrendering their authority to the rcmp by allowing them to arbitrarily decide which guns we can own and under what conditions. Guns that are currently deemed 'non-restricted' are likely to be deemed 'restricted' (that means registration and shooting on 'approved ranges' only), 'restricted' firearms may become 'prohibited', grandfathered to current owners only, etc.

How insane is this stuff? Recently the rcmp classified a .22 LR as 'prohibited', an AK-47 "variant" due to it's plastic stock that resembles an AK-47. The same rifle with a sporter stock is deemed OK for peasants to own.

The "Prime Directive" being to disarm the people, one gun, one calibre at a time.
