Hey Professor,
I have poured bronze once. A friend and I made a bronze sword and spear head.  It was a process to be sure.  And even with a relatively simple mold, there were imperfections and lots of finishing.  I am guessing it would be easier to find someone who can machine it out of bronze.

I have read about detailed computer driving machine works.   I think it would be great to get the details of some of these interesting old pieces and input them into an instrument like that.

now, where did I put that powerball ticket?

Really innovative shooter.  That would be a great piece to have in the collection.

HUMPF!!
Monsieur Professor, Excuse am waa.  You are a man of science.  Practitioner of Dark Arts.  For an individual of your obvious talents,
creating a "Bronze" rifle, as shown, for your collection is really quite a simple process.

1.  Heat your furnace (it's cold outside)

2.  "Cast" your checkbook on the table.

3.  "Cast" your pen, next to said checkbook.

"Casting" is now complete

4.  Press upon the present owner, a completed check for the required remuneration.

5.  PRESTO CHANGEO !!  "casting" the bronze rifle will be complete.  Simply wait for the Mail  ;D
