Howdy,

Got my Starline 56-50 brass today.  Now I have all the ingredients to load (including the gun, of course).

How do you Spencer-experts chamfer the outside of the case mouths on the 56-50?  My chamfering tool only goes up to 45 caliber.

Yes,  confess that this is my first cartridge 50 caliber firearm.

Thanks for the help.

Backstrap,

I use a Lyman Extra Large 50 - 60 caliber chamfering/deburring tool.  Their P/N 7810206.  Midway has them for $16.79 + shipping & they show it to be in stock.  Their P/N is 285108.
