.45-70 Trapdoor Carbine barreled action; Any interest?
« on: August 03, 2015, 09:47:27 PM »
I'm cleaning out some of the projects I'm not likely to ever get to, so I've got an original .45-70 Trapdoor barreled action that was professionally cut down to carbine length.  It's all in the white.  I'm asking $200 so let me know if you want pictures.

I have some interest Dale, but the prudent part of me says it would only turn into a project I would never get to. Does barreled action mean only receiver and barrel, and how hard is it to find the parts for completion? MAYBE you should complete the project and THEN sell it to me!
It is far better to remain silent, and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt!

Yes, it's just a barreled receiver.  The parts are out there, but it's definitely a "project"!  And that's just it, I have too many of those NOW!
