In case you haven't seen it yet, click over to THE LONGBRANCH topic and then click on the thread titled 'Persona' by Oregonjohn, a 'Newbie' as this reader understands from his post. His question is what we have all been plagued with a time or ten and well worth reading as NCOWS gets some really good and extremely positive referals and comments on this interesting concept.
