N-SSA Forum Down?

Please excuse having to inquire here:

It appears that access to the N-SSA Forum is down or has been restricted over the past week. 
With the Spring Shoot underway, there is no easy way to communicate with them about this. 
Does anyone else get referred to a page indicating URL issues, please?

I had trouble logging to my normal link  . .  . had to change the link to go to my small arms forum. Not sure why.

Found a N-SSA HOME PAGE  link to its Bulletin Board and saw a reference,to the 'site being totally redesigned with no prior notice.

Then went to main 'site's Bulletin Board and then clicked Forum at the TOP.  Next, I signed on in the BLANK boxes using my PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED signon and password and it worked.  Then saved that to homescreen with slightly different name, trashed the old 'site homescreen icon and all's now ok.
