76's at the NRA convention in Nashville
« on: April 11, 2015, 07:42:59 PM »
Greetings All,

With the NRA convention here in Tennessee this year, the Mrs. and me went today and walked the exhibits floor.  Cimarron, Taylors and Uberti themselves were all there displaying their wares.  The Uberti 1876 Winchester replicas were represented in the displays.  Rock Island auction was setup as well and they had an original 2nd model on display.  All and all a very enjoyable day.  We met up with some friends and got a chance to play in the toy store.  The Mrs. set the app on her iphone and it recorded we walked a total of 6.8 miles from the time we got out of the truck until we got back in it.  Not surprising as the exhibit floor is billed as covering 9 acres.  Huge turnout with everywhere you looked folks enjoying themselves.  I have to tell ya as one who is not as young as they used to be, it feels good to be sitting home again!  ;D It was good to see the rifles represented at this huge event.

PB

Hey Mr. Pinto Beans . Sounds like Y'all had a good day and looked at plenty of guns. Covering 9 acres it must have been something to see!,,,DT
