M2, I know that you will get a lot of enjoyment out of the new rifle. I should be getting my old colt 22 revolver soon, and my antique 38 S&W ammo too. Moose brought Chinese takeout home for supper, but my stomach felt queezy and I did not eat it. I'll save it for lunch tomorrow. I am till in the running on the Colt Police Positive 32-20 revolver, I should know next week.

I just caught this i have 2 plus boxes of surplus .38s&w ammo if you or any of the others here are interested. I won't rape you's like some on gunbroker do. IM me.

I spent the morning at the eye doctor to screen me for glocoma. I don't have it, but I am border line, I have cataracts. I hope I can qualify for surgery. I hope that I can afford it with my Medicare insurance. Moose to me lunch afterwards, to a new Tex-Mex place. The food and drinks were great.  No clue for supper tonight.

Nice looking rifle M2. Been up to my ears in work, both at work and at home. Last two days of rain are helping the pastures we aerated and seeded.

I feel sorry for you folks with snow, It should be in the low 70s with some wind. We took Victoria to the Park this morning and she really enjoyed having both of us taking her. We cut up cardboard boxes yesterday and took them to the recycling place. Moose is fixing brunch this morning.

We had scrambled eggs with cheese and smoked sausage, cheese grits, and toast for Brunch. It was all delicious. I took a nice nap and woke up about 30 minutes ago. Life is good and the Weather is perfect. No clue for supper.

Drop dead gorgeous day, about 45° to start and getting to the range @ 7AM
Chilly till about 10ish then warmed to present 70° and breeze that made it feel cooler...

had about 250 girls, ladies and even some senior ladies experienced all the disciplines....
I counted 102 tickets , (Just the way we judge our numbers, tickets are free )
some 6-8 women were repeats thought ....

Interestingly we let them choose the Rifle & pistol they cared to shoot....
Rifle choices were  several 1873's ( no surprise there ) , 1 Yellowboy , two 1894 Marlins  & a 92 Rossi

Revolvers were  many Ruger NMV & two pair of Black-hawks , 2  R&M Conversions & 1 Open top  & 2 Uberti STALLION

Everything was 38 Special

No real surprise here the most popular ...the lighter 92  & 94  over the 73's & 66

and interestingly the conversions & OT were about as popular as the smaller Stallion's

Ruger's not so much , most didn't like either the feel or the weight .
when planets align...do the deal !
