Who would you suggest for one piece wood grips?

Anyone actually making real once piece grips these days for Colt or USFA?  Or who would you suggest for glue or pegged in spacers, 3 piece grips?

Uberti sells slightly oversized wooden one-piece grips for their SAAs, Navies and Armies.
