Been a high thin overcast here all day. Only made it to 44, but still no rain.

The pre-thanksgiving Thanks giving went off fine, The turkey and all the trimmin’s can together at the same time, and nobody left the table hungry. Even lit a fire in the fireplace afterwards to accompany some libation and conversation.

The Cawffee and Hot water are ready for drinking this morning. Enjoy! It is dark outside and in the low 40s. We had a lot of wind last night, It reminded me of living in the Texas Panhandle. I am snacking on a granola bar and enjoying my first cup of morning Cawffee.

70° 'n goin' up. Been rainin'. Ain't at the moment. Windows'll be up inna few minutes.

Got more crap ta do than I wanna do. Doubtful on huntin'. Mebbe mañana.

Followin' Alice's recommendation, collards are done 'n in the ice box. Passed quality control fairly well but I did have ta do two. Wanna be sure. Good thing it was after din-din er they'd been gone.

'Tis 41 and overcast. "Colder. Light rain and snow in the morning...then light snow in the afternoon. Areas of fog in the morning. Snow accumulation of 2 to 3 inches. Highs in the upper 30s. Northwest wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent." 4"-7" by 6 AM.

Cool and Damp here, the high should be around 60. I had a late breakfast of oatmeal and toast. No lunch planned, Lasagna planned for tonight.

The sun is out and the temp is up to the high 40s, it should get to about 60. Moose had to go to the County Courthouse to handle some legal matters. She has getting a huge dose of Hurry Up and Wait in the County Government System.

Up to 50 already and that’s above the expected high. Going on a warming trend. Back to blue skies and sunshine.

Parceling out the lawn bags full of leaves to keep from extra charges. Half going out tomorrow, and the rest next Tuesday. Most of these came from our neighbor’s maple tree (comes from living downwind from his tree!)

I get oak leaves from the top of the hill behind me. Those oaks are 50 ft. or more tall , the leaves are huge

Buck, I have 10 of those 50 foot Oaks in my front yard(150 years old). I have folks to rake leaves ever other week during the fall and winter. It is almost sundown. The lows have been in the 40s. The Lasagna is coming along, the salad is ready for dressing, and the garlic bread is ready for the oven. I am ready for a cold, adult beverage.

This weekend was a bit taxing here.Had a bout of freezing rain Sat. morning, and with our salt spreader not working, it was a skating rink out there

Had an alumni band end of season dinner Sat. evening and a dinner after church Sunday. Plus, we had grands for a couple nights
