I am sure most of you know about JAS Townsend and Sons for shopping.  If you are not aware, check out their Youtube channel.  I am not much a techy guy, but found their youtube presence by accident.  They have loads of cooking videos with period recipes (mostly late 18th century).   I watch them at lunch so they do not make me more hungery.   They usually give the recipe reference for the dishes, so now I know that onion rings are completely period correct.   Now if I could just prove that hot wings were all would be good.
