Crimping question
« on: July 31, 2014, 09:29:10 AM »
I have both CCH and Lyman 56-50 dies which I have started reloading for my Armi Sport 52-50 carbine but
having trouble getting the crimp tight enough. I believe I saw a post that the lee dies are meant for the
repro Spencers.  I've not done much reloading so it may just me. I am using a Lee bullet mold that came
with the purchase. Any input will be appreciated. I am going to shoot a test batch today and see how they work.

Just got back from shooting my first Spencer reloads. 35 grains of GOEX 3F behind the lee bullet. functioning and accuracy
Both good. The trigger pull is heaviest  of any factory setting I've seen.  Loads of fun!!!
