A few problems with that rifle replaced hammer(1865) and hammer screw, magizine cap is a 1865 one.I think the price should be droped quite a bit for the condition it is in,only a opinion

What is the screw at the back of the cartridge guide for?  I don't think I have seen one like that before and I don't understand what it would do.

It looks as if someone along the line has inserted a small coil spring to replace the cartridge guide leaf spring?
