+ 1 on unsweetened ice tea, always a shock when the waitress/waiter gets it wrong....
everywhere tends to get it way to sweet, at least to me ...yuck !
funny though a touch of honey in hot tea is not bad  :-\

Expecting rain today from the depression , but dawn is happening and so far only some gray wisps of clouds and no wet stuff nor even breezy.

powder wise , I got my name in the hat,  at 4 different suppliers for 10# of Trail Boss  :-\
Demand is high, so I expect the cost will be up too.... ::)

when planets align...do the deal !

Mornin ya'll tea  with lemon and a sprig of fresh mint and coffee too. Bacon is available for the ramadan celebration.  Another hot humid day here in paradise.  Did a store run before the holiday rush. Found a deal on frozen fish fillets 40oz $10.  Picked some quail and of course some ribs too. Got enough to keep me a week or too..

Had luch yesterday at the Cajun Steamer... Box store but i enjoyed price seemed fair service was good  and food was excellant.

Thanks for the coffee,lR ;)

71,humid,clouds. We had some rumbles last night at bed time, not sure if it rained or not. With the AC on,  only clue I got it was doing it was our scaredy cat male min-pin chihuahua crawling between the pillows and shivering his arse off.

Keys to the kingdom day again. Figure to be busy if'n it don't rain ::)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

OK, got to get to unloading the Field Marshall, but from the banquet Sat night, the one to the left is Rattlesnake Jack and I can't remember the guy who looks like Pershing's name, but anyone recognize the guy in the middle?

Pershing is Bat 2919 on this board, but as for the middle one, since I was there, I'll let the others guess.

I knew it was Bat something.  And yes you and Stu need to let the others guess, I knew he was coming.

Should have got this before it got a bit dark, but few of the group had seen me dressed up, to be truthful it was just work clothes, i thought the suit would be too much hassle.

Has anyone ever seen a Nebraska Sandhills wind powered dish washer, just toss them in the soapy water and the wind does the rest.

You ain't seen clean dishes until you've tried the California tectonically powered dishwashers.  Service can be slow at times... ::)

Mornin' y'all.  I'll take some of that tea...

Well, festivities for Independence day are ramping up as of today.  People everywhere.   The towns population  has probably doubled with Carnies, most of which sound like they maybe are "seasonal" workers... :-\

The middle one now lives in Montana after escaping California a while back, he just brought English firearms.  Had an Aussie Light Horse but really from Nebraska and a Legionnaire who is from Missouri but I won't mention his name because he's one of this group.  ;)

Not to mention the Argentine that's really from  Iowa, and the Swiss Militia man from Omaha, and a couple of sailors lost way too far inland...

Forgot them, wasn't there two of those guys from way south?  Oh and there was the Russian sailor that smuggled vodka.

Glad I got the stuff that needed doing done early today. In the shade there is a warm breeze that doesn't seem too bad, but in the sun it is downright miserable. Nice pictures Del.

Howdy y'all,

Mopin' right now after gettin' the "sack" from the big "A". 'parently I couldn't keep up runnin' with enuf stuff at the end of the week to fling on the conveyors. Ran my hind parts off & still wasn't good enuf for 'em. Some of the "pick paths" were down right sadistic if you ask me....

'Nother outfit called Zulilly has a warehouse 1/2 the distance to the old place & put in an app on-line there. Ran into a gal at the rodeo who works HR so it looks promisin'. Never gave up, had a few weeks at a 98% so they had the history.

Ain't into bad mouthin' but they expected a lot & I still had the 'ol decent work ethic & I didn't monkey around on company time.

Hot an' dry here at 98, the TS activity yesterday blew over our heads as usual....
Looks like you had fun Del, thanks for the pics
