Charro Beans

Cooking Charro Beans for the Gang today on the open mesquite fire. Big black iron kettle pot over the coals,4lb. Pinto beans,3lb. smoked pork,3clove Garlic,6 big fresh tomato cut up in quarters,3yellow onion cut up small,1pablano pepper,5 jalapeno pepper cut up and seeded,salt ,and cilantro cut fresh and put in after cooking for about 4 hrs or more .Grill tortillo over the coals,and serve.Makes a good dish for around the fire gatherin on Friday night.,,,,,Dusty

There is plenty Mogorilla get you some,the peppers did not tame down as much as I thought  they would during the cooking.A little warm but still good. May require an extra Cerveza or two. What the Heck its Friday night,,,,,,Dusty
