I'd like to know if all Uberti cylinders are proofmarked and stamped with the caliber.
thanks,  Bill

Some have proof marks on the sides, others have them on the end.  Most do not have caliber markings.

Thanks for the reply Abilene,
The .44 Mag cylinder i want to replace is  proofmarked and the chambers are numbered.
Not stamped with caliber.
I have seen several that were tho, and my only guess is that Uberti has changed their designs and quality control standards quite a bit over the years.

Well ...... Heck.
I'm ah Disney World, so I can't just round down to the shop and check, but if memory serves, if shipped and sold as a "part" a  Uberti cylinder may not have any marking at all.
