Finish (not refinish) White Rodeo
« on: March 13, 2014, 07:29:28 PM »
Does anyone know who does adequate -- i.e., not Turnbull grade -- blue and color case work?  I stripped a Rodeo and while the white metal is not displeasing, the color case hammer hints at a much better looking gun.  This thing locks up like a bank vault and deserves to be colored.  Nutmeg said it could be done for ~ $500, but I don't know who he sends them out to.  Compared to Peacemaker Specialist prices, that's some kind of steal.

Thanks.

The problem won't be the finishing but the polishing before hand. Rodeo's have a bead blasted finish and all that will have to be polished away.
