Thank God you never suggested a Cowboy Biathlon ..... Waddies waddling from the chuckwagon to the biffy and then to the range to engage five steel chickens with their rifles at 50m.

The thought of all those gasping, wheezing middle-aged Cowpersons would be a might much to take and keep down my biscuits and gravy.

Ermmm?

Could I please have details of the saloon girl short program????????

What with old age and medication, it sounds tailor made for me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,or is my imagination running away with me again?

Here is a bit about the Barkerville (1858 mining town in BC) Hurdy Gurdy Girls that offers some basic rules and a music score for the "basic program"!

Here are some competitors in historically accurate national sportsgear;

Similar to the 1000m synchronized Creedmore, I recall muzzleloading team matches wherby one soul was blindfolded and the other had an arm tied behind his back.

Sir Charles,
Being blindfolded at a rifle match?  Isn't that called a firing squad?  :P
