Prescott is a really beautiful area but it has been "discovered".  Real estate there is pretty pricey.  It is not as high up or as far north as Flagstaff so it is a milder winter, but it is higher and farther north than Phoenix so it has a milder summer.  Probably one of the better places to live in Arizona (or anywhere else).
