General Lee's Colt
« on: January 07, 2014, 09:03:28 PM »
Hi Y'all.  I was wondering if anybody had any close-up pictures of General Robert E. Lee's Colt Navy revolver.  I was thinking about possibly getting my Navy engraved like that, but pictures are needed.  Plus, it's just pretty. ::)

Cliff,

I believe it is Silver Plated

Then as now - it's only money.

Money I'd never spend on an Italian clone - not with so many available engraved that have already been done in Italy.

And - the work done was by 'Ormsby' - not 'Armsby' - you'd think they'd get it right, given it's 'Holy Relic' status...
