OK as far as I know, she talked to Mama Saturday morning(Friday night here) and they were ok, they weren't on the line where the worst of it was. Hardest hit areas were farther north. But I'm sure things aren't good for the ones that had houses damaged from the earthquake. Some of my wife's friends are from Leyte, though, and they haven't been able to get through yet. Leyte was hardest hit, it is on the Pacific side of the country, first place it came ashore.
