Uberti 1873, any difference...

I made an internet purchase of an Uberti 1873 carbine in .44-40.  I was thinking I was purchasing a Cimarron 1873 saddle ring carbine...to my surprise the 1873 was a Stoeger without a saddle ring.  My question is there any difference in quality between the different importers?  Any info or input would be helpful to this newbie to cowboy action shooting.

If it is a Uberti No difference as it come's from the same factory, they just stamp the importers name on it.

Most CAS shooters take the saddle ring off for compitition work.

I've gotten a couple of Ubertis where the box said importer "x" and the gun inside was marked for importer "y'.  The serial number did match the number on the box.  They all come from the same place.

If the saddle ring was removed there will be two holes on the left side of the receiver. I removed my SR as it gets in the way and was a PITA.

My Friend had ordered a Henry from Navy Arm Co. and his was marked Navy Arms.
 After seeing his , I wanted one, and ordered a Henry from Navy Arms Co. and received an Allen Arms marked Henry, thought the box and Gun serial number matched.

As an aside , I sold the gun in 1988 and bought it back from the same person in 2008. 
8 years a mounted reenactor's blank firing piece then some 20 years as the PO's CAS Rifle.
33 years old and it still functions just fine.

Only thing that's replaced was the magazine spring which I kinked quite by accident while reenacting with it.

I had one of the Allen Arms Henrys.  As I recall it was marked Allen Arms, Santa Fe NM.?  it be a long time, so I may not remember correctly!  In any case, Allen Arms became Cimarron Arms.

I have a 73 rifle with holes for the ring but has screws in the holes.
The gun was made in 1977.
