Went to Dixie Gun Works on Tuesday (7/6) and purchased 2, Uberti 1860 Armys (plus some of the stuff to go with them). Got them cleaned last night and will try to get to the range tomorrow evening or this weekend. Can't Wait !!!

I just shot my Walker for the first time with C&B and it was AWESOME! 30 grains of BP is plenty to make it go boom without the loading arm falling down on each shot.

reckon yall should add me to this fine list.
i shoot a pair of 3rd generation colt '51 navies as well as a pair of 71-72 open tops in .44colt.
i also have a walker colt from piette and '51 navy with a 5 inch barrel from uberti and a baby dragoon from uberti.

i think its safe to say i should fit in

I would be proud to be a member of the STORM group.

Just shot my first match with my matched pair of 72 Opentops in .44.

I started off as a RAT, moved on to SCORRS and now finally where I belong, I love the open tops.

By the way, I've been a dark sider for almost 5 years now too.

Recently purchased a Cimarron 1872 Open Top. Been hand loading .44 Russian for it. It's become my favorite to shoot.

Am planning my 2011 campaign with the Texican Rangers near Fredericksburg, Texas. Will be shooting a pair of Type II Conversions and a Yellow Boy, both .44 Special. Have a pair of 1872 Open Tops as my back-up revolvers. Plan also to shoot a hammered SxS 26" barrel. Not in the game for speed, although I try. My focus is on shooting clean with guns I enjoy and having fun. The guns I plan to shoot next year, especially the open-tops that bill. Now I have to decide what category to shoot.
