Well, currently Dixie Gunworks, and EAA, both a manufacturer and importer.  And since you mentioned some defunct companies I guess we are turning on the wayback machine and I'm not sure how many that will add.  Allen F.A. and KBI come to mind.   There was a Replica Arms Co. or something like that, not sure if they are still around.  Might have been related to Navy Arms.

BTW, I don't think Buffalo Arms is an importer, as far as SAA's go.  They primarily sell Cimarrons.

Mitchell Arms was also an importer in the past. I'll check for some additional one, current or defunct since their guns are still out there we may encounter them on the used gun market.

I almost forgot a local company to me.....INTERARMS.  Another importer was Western Arms in the 1960s to 1980s.

Western Arms, Sante Fe, NM. I just returned from the range, shooting one of their Sante Fe Uberti Hawkins, says .54 cal on the barrel but is actually a .53 cal. WM
WARTHOG, Dirty Rat #600, BOLD #1056, CGCS,GCSAA, NMLRA, NRA, AF&AM, CBBRC.  If all that cowboy has ever seen is a stockdam, he ain't gonna believe ya when ya tell him about whales.

I would also suspect that Buffalo Arms should be removed from you list....

This is a good idea, having a listing of who's who, so to speak.
I'd like to see the Original post updated as we "recollect" here and then I'll make it a sticky. ;)

True: Buffalo Arms merely resells already imported guns like Cimarron Ubertis.

If you added USFA (USPFA) then would you be wanting to include
how many IMPORTERs of SAA Replicas were there ?

Allen F. A. Santa Fe New Mexico  ( bought by Michael B. Harvey of Cimarron )

Replica Arms ( absorbed by Navy Arms Co.'s  Val Forgett Sr. )

Then there was American Arms.

C'mon Virginia Gentleman, you started the list so you gotta keep it updated.  Some companies are getting repeated  :)

Abilene

I asked him the same thing but then I read his original post and he stated "feel free to add them" so I have been updating the OP.

Updated and added additional information as to if they are still importing or not and if they are still in business with the date stopped.  Yes, by all means let's add importers.
