Anyone have a problem with Wild West Mercantile's return pr4ocess?
I've been waiting since August for a $290 refund for clothing items that didn't fit/didn't look good.
Seems like this is waaaay too long to wait.  Other online merchants (Bean, Cabella, etc) refund within a few weeks, not months.
What gives?

I've never had to return anything to them. I've never had a problem with the things I bought. They always have been fast and accurate with me.

Try to contact them and ask them WTH?  See how they act.

I agree as they are where I order 90% of my things from and never had a problem but then as you said I've never had to return anything.

I have returned a coat (that was to small) to them and got very good service from them. I had a new coat within 2 weeks. I called before I returned it, and I think that helped.

They are wonderful people who strive to please the customer.  I've never had any issues returning stuff to them.

I'm guessing you fell through some crack and a phone call will bring you a quick, and satisfying response.

This is a relatively small store and most mail order is handled by a couple of people.

They provide great support to our cowboy community and have always been quick to satisfy customers.

Please call them.
